At Habitual Denim, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your denim.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure the original barcode is covered or removed to avoid shipping delays.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
